Quark-Theme Upload Failure

Hello,

I ordered your Quark-Theme, which looks fantastic. Unfortunately I am not able to upload the zip-file (gk_quark_quickstart_WP_42.zip) at my wordpress theme-uploader?! It brings always an 'internal server error' up...

What do I do wrong? Thank you for your kind help in advance.

Hello,

the quickstart package is a full WordPress installation that installs WordPress, the theme, plugins, widgets and demo content to match our demo, so you can't install it on existing wordpress installation.

If you cannot use the quickstart package then you will need to install only theme package (gk_quark,zip) and follow this manual installation guide:

Unfortunately I can not access the download section anymore?! So am not able to access the 'gk_quark,zip'-File. Can you please help me to access the download section, yes? Thank you in advance.

Hello,

Unfortunately I am not able to access the download area to download the ''gk_quark,zip'-File. It comes always up with the message 'Oops! Error 404 - We can't find the page you're looking for'.

Can you please help me to access the download area? Or please refund my USD 99 on my paypal account. Thank you for your help - to access the download area (that works from now on), or for your refund.

When trying to install the theme quark, with gk_quark.zip file gives me the below error:

Decompressing ...

Installing the subject ...

Could not decompress the packet. The issue has style.css style sheet.

Failure to install the theme.

Hi,

@jldeluna, gk_quark_zip package contains the default Quark theme and the Child Theme with restaurant style, please unzip this package first, navigate to gk_quark directory and please pack directory called "Quark". Now you can upload it to your wordpress dashboard.

@wumeishu are you able to download the package now?

Yes, it works now like that. The installation was successful. If you wood make this clearer on your download page, you wouldn't have so many questions, right? But thanks anyway.
