reCAPTCHA not showing

On contact page contact form the recaptcha is not visible though it must be there. If I try to send e message it tells me "The reCAPTCHA wasn't entered correctly. Go back and try it again."
I entered the public and private keys correctly in theme settings.

Hi, I am sending you PM as well, as its not showing in mine either. I have tried editing recaptcha in the template.contact.php by changing 0 to 1 and adding private and public key on top.
