Where I need to change the code to have both: classic and off-canvas menu? Now when I choose classic menu on mobile ver there is no off-canvas menu. Any solutions?

Any idea guys? How can I use both menu? The mobile ver isn't resposive now

You can't. I'm afraid it was done the way that using both will require a lot of changes to template's code. We do not support such extensive modifications, sorry.
