On the demo, there's also an article with {GKRESEVATION} and "Header - Reservations" module from position header is assigned to this article. I'm not sure why it doesn't work in your case..

Please check your /reservation.html page now - like i said, the header module should be also assigned to this page.

These names come from reservation plugin, so you have to override the plugin langauge files:
