Cookie law not working

I enabled the Cookie Consent plugin in my template but it's not working.

So, after this post, i left this Cookie Consent plugin in my template enabled.

Two days ago, it started working (out of nowhere, i think i changed nothing related to this, and i have another couple of gavick websites that happen the same).

Is this ok to happen? Can i leave this enabled?

If yes, how can i translate it?

Yes, that's correct. Developers of this plugin has started to use same url as before, due to huge feedback about the plugin not being working.
