HTTP, HTTPS in Quark and Mobiles...

Hi, I have a problem: I just noticed that in mobile devices the site with the HTTPS protocollo works, that is, it opens, but, with the normal HTTP protocol does not open, I see only the blank home page with the three points Of the "Loading" of orange color ...
