Header module and language filter

Good day,
I'm experiencing a problem with quark header module that does not work properly after language filter plugin activation.
here below the steps I've made:

first of all , I've made 2 copies of quark template as I need to set italian and english web site. I activated the language filter in lang position. After that the header module looks smaller than the "original" template installed with the quickstart pack.
If I disable the lang filter plug in , I see the "original" template that work properly.

Please can you help me to set the header in the correct way ? or set the language filter as well in the correct way...

I'm guessing You also have a new frontpage for each of Your languages. In that cases You also need to add a page class suffix "frontpage" to each of the default pages for new languages or the frontpage style will not be included.

I solved changing in css the height of header module.
anyway , I made 2 different template for different lang. and i used the language filter plug-in and created a lang switcher module (position : lang) to switch..
