Fatal error: allowed memory size exhausted

Perhaps this has been posted before. If so, apologies for the repeat.

Every time when attempting to upload and install the package file, "gk_quark_rest_files_J!3.zip" from Joomla admin, I receive this error:

"Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 34839001 bytes) in ...joomla/libraries/joomla/archive/zip.php on line 306"

Anything I can do to fix this? I can manually upload the expanded files from the package, but I'm unclear as to where each of the folders within the rest_files folder (modules, plugins, source) should go.

The error of exhausted memory limit can probably be solved by hosting provider by rising the limit. BUT gk_quark_rest_files_J!3.zip is not an installation package. It has some plugins which can be installed after unzipping package, but it also includes psd files with layouts to replace colors on template's elements.
