Issus in combination with VM3 Captcha, AGB Button,Popup

sorry but iam coming back with Issus´s in combinationion with VM3 Version 3.18

1.) If we will use in the VM registration Form the Captcha 2.0 function. the Module was not showing.
It is eanbled in VM and in Joomla. In Joomla registration it works fine. We chack all possibilitys of Color etc.

2.) In the VM Backend we enabled for any Checkout the AGB Button. But its the same reaction enabled/or Disabled. The user can checked out anytime without accept the AGB. In the Backend we enabled thats
the tos Button must be enabled for checkout

3.) The Basket Popup has a missfunction. If you press inside the popup on the Show the "Warenkorb" the Basket is empty any time. If you close the Popup over the X the "Warenkorb" is corect filled.

We test the Recaptcha2 functionality with the standard Beeze5 Template and it works good!!!!

yesterday we installed the new Template Update. Now the Popup Issue is fixed !! But the AGB and CAptcha dont fix.
