im working on another quark website and 've problem with displaying modules and content in quark.

But it works perfectly for example in protostar.

I'll swith to quark template - any idea how to manage it to display properly?

I see it looks different, but it's a template with a completely different style. A demo You shown is condensed and keeps everything close. Quark uses big gaps and mostly present one module at a time. It's probably not the best choice for real estate site. I would use News Refreshed instead for example.

Problem is with module presentation. Quark forces module to be displayed with big gaps and taking full screen, while Your modules needed to be condensed, so effect wasn't best with this combination.
