Simple Landing Page options

We want to create a simplified landing page to provide a clear funnel for our PPC google leads. To optimize that traffic, we want to both create a custom landing page that relates specifically to each PPC ad copy AND limit the links that referring traffic can click to those that solely relate to that PPC call to action (i.e. purchasing the product).

1) Can you help me figure out how I could create a BLANK page from within the site that has essentially no links whatsoever so that I can start from a clean slate for each specific landing page? For just that page, I wouldn't want the clickable logo, main menu, footer or any other links other than those that I put in for the page.

2) I'm thinking of doing the page as a simple joomla article. Recognizing this may be out of the scope of this forum, would you know of a way to link to actually ADD a particular virtuemart product to the cart and then link them to the checkout page? I'm ideally looking to reduce the number of clicks for that call to action.
