error in contact page

Hi, I've installed the quark template in a fresh joomla installation.
The problem is that in contact page appears this message in the console and I can't fix it

Uncaught TypeError: $(...).popover is not a function

I understood...or at least I think... that is something related with the pop up that shows when you go over the text "send a copy to yourself" that in my installation doesn't work (not even in the quickstart), but it does in your demo (even if there are some problems with the position...it's almost invisible...all on the right)

I think this popover() functin is a part of bootstrap. You can activate bootstrap in advanced settings for template.

...just if someone is looking for the same problem... it's under "JavaScript files settings" for template not "Advanced settings" ...
