Installation: Template Manager don't show tabs

During installation, after importing the template settings (tried default.json and restaurant.style.json) the tabs are not shown anymore.
So I can't see the Features tab and can't add the option "Suffixes for pages" ID

I've already tried to uninstall the template and install it again, same behavior, problem is reproducible.

Currently I'm blocked, can't use the template. How to continue with installation?

Hi

Was this a quickstart installation or just a single template one. Please try clear cache of joomla, server and browser. If this will not help please send me an access to joomla panel.

Hi,
thanks for your response. I've tried a manual installation, because there is no server access to the Joomla files. Joomla is offered by my site hoster 1&1 by a one-click-installation. I've cleaned my browsers cache and within Joomla! at
Code: Select all
System -> Clear Cache

But there are still no changes. I can't see any tabs in
Code: Select all
Extensions -> Templates -> gk_quark

so can't continue installation.

I've send Your access to programmers. Hopefully they will have more luck with this problem. Will inform You as soon as I'll hear from them.

And again installation is blocked - can't continue due to a non responsive GUI element.

I gave up now with this template, too difficult to install. I don't want to spend my time with this playground...

How can this be blocked if it was adjusted to server settings already? I understand You do not want to work with it, but can You please share the error message it gives ?
