Contact form not working?

Hi,

I have copied all settings from the quickstart menu item "contact". Created a contact copied all setting, etc.
On my own site it doesn't show the 2 columns that quickstart does (one column mail form, second column miscellaneous information), it shows only the columns miscellaneous.

After googling around I found that when a contact is NOT linked to a Joomla user, the contact form (email) is not showing: I linked the contact to a user and now I have the contact form...

But I have still only one column: first the contact form and BELOW that the miscellaneous information.

Only difference I can find between my site and the quickstart is the gk_contact plugin. This plugin is NOT part of the REST files and I do not know where to download...

Could that be the issue?

Quark template is using a regular joomla contact form, not plugin. Please tell me the url to the page You have problems with.

I know what is the problem. In contact options please change "Display Format" to "Plain".
