Can you please tell me where to find documentation on customising the 404 page? Without altering it, it looks like the "bad" example and needs to look more like the "good" example.

Hi
404 page is in file /error.php, so if You wish to customise it simply attach some css style to it or make changes directly in code of this page.

Oh, that's unfortunately not very helpful. You Gavick market the 404 pg as being part of this template yet provide no method of editing it?

Hi
It's exactly the same method as with rest of the template. You can change CSS to adjust the look and change texts by translating language sentences in language ini files for template.
You can always remove error.php file so a default joomla will be used if You have more experience adjusting it.
