QUARK eCommerce quickstart template does not work

It seems like the quickstart installation for the ecommerce version of Quark does not work. It give an 500 error once the installation files have been extracted and loaded to the server. Its not my server settings, I have uploaded and installed other versions of gavick themes with no problems using the same directory. The error only appears on this version of quark.

I've just installed it on my server and everything works ok. What version of php and mysql do You have on Your server ?

Please send me an access to ftp and database. I'll try to install it myself.

I seem to have solved the problem, it seems in the Quark ecommerce quick install, the installation directory has the wrong file permissions set on the packaged installer. I changed the install forlder permissions back to 755 for that directory and the installation finally worked. On the regular Quark quick install, the file permissions is correct, it seems to be only in the ecommerce installer package.

Ok. I believe this can be a problem in some servers. That's very strange, I always thought my server was really fragile. I'll ask programmers to check that. Thank You for reporting that.
