quark ecommerce k2 don't save

hello

I installed the template, but whe I make a new item for k2, it can't save it.

the template is installed in english..the failure message don't says anything.

do you know what happends?

if reinstall k2 it works but all the k2 styles were lost

Hi

I think something went wrong during re installation. I would advice to overwrite it via ftp to be sure no file is corrupt. After than clear joomla and browser cache.

Your original problem was that one of the extra fields were empty during save and in it's configuration it's set as required.

I didn't made a reinstallation..I installed the template for first time

so your advice is to re-install k2 by ftp?

there're not another way to fix it?

Hi

I do not know what the problem can be, so I want to exclude a case that problem is there becuase of some broken file in K2 during installation. But since You've already tried that than it's possible that old styles are still being loaded from browser/server cache. Try also clear both of them to be 100% sure site is using latest files possible.

I did but don't works.

it seems is something related with the k2 category..
I found the problem is Associated extra field groups..because if u make another category not related to "ingredients" field it works.

for me can close these post.
