How to update Template from v1.1.2 ?

I recently downloaded Quark for Joomla 3 and installed it, then installed all the Joomla and Template-module updates.

So now the version I have of the Quark template is: Quark v.1.1.2
Inside the template manager when i go to the Quark Template (site) area there is a Update tab, and I see the following 2 versions of the Quark template:

Version: 1.2.0.1 Date: 25/09/2015 Download
Version: 1.2.0 Date: 06/05/2015 Download

When I click "Download" I'm redirected to the same page where I downloaded Quark last week https://www.gavick.com/download/joomla-themes/quark.
So my question is this. How do I update the Quark template from v1.1.2 to v1.2.0.1 ???

As I can see latest Quark Version: 1.2.0.2 Date released: 02-04-2016

Simply download a template package from the place link leads to and install it over the one You have now.
