Installation Failure in Step 3

I have made multiple attempt to install the Quark eCommerce template with no success. The installation is failing in step 3 of the process - Creating Database tables. The installer just refreshes the page. I have followed proposed remedies on this site but the issue still persist. I am running on Windows 10 with Apache/2.4.18 (Win64) PHP/5.6.19.

I would appreciate suggestion on how to resolve this issues.

Ok. I got the installation to work. I think the problem was caused by reference to the wrong php.ini file (two of them were in the Path). However, the site would not load - I am getting 500 error. Interesting the Admin site is working fine.

I had no problems to install it on on computer, but I have a lower PHP version 5.5, try maybe lower Your version or disable showing errors in php.ini. I think Newer PHP may be throwing some error messages which makes installation of database not possible.
