12/3 quick install of quark ecommerce
www.ahgoobaby.com

The "loading" 3 pink dot animation that appears while a page is loading gets stuck for some reason when file download happens. See: http://www.ahgoobaby.com/index.php/download-section and click download using Chrome browser. Note that while the file is downloading the animation continues and is stuck. I thought this was possibly while the file was in process of being downloaded but it stays with the animation even after the file is downloaded. You have to physically refresh the browser tab to bring the page back. So far the only problem I have found with this template on the loading animation is when downloading a file from the site. Thoughts?

Do I need to keep your admin access active until this is resolved or can I disable it now? I do not like leaving too many admin accounts active on this for security reasons. Thanks and please give me an idea of how long it might take for the programmers to get back on this issue.

Hi

Please replace files:

gk_quark/js/gk.scripts.js
gk_quark/layouts/default.php

with files attached.

Than You will need to add this page class suffix to a page where You will use this download option (in short, to any page You have this problem). A page class suffix is called "preloader-disabled" and an example how to use it is here: https://www.gavick.com/documentation/jo ... omla-pages

Hi

Great to hear it, but I'll leave this open since someone may have a similar issue and will need a slightly different solution.
