Sorry if this may be a novice request - where do I / am I able to change or add to the the contact us fields? I'd like to add more fields to get more information from the customer prior to them sending the request to contact us.

Also, where do these contact us submissions go and where can I go to update that so customer emails go to the right contact person?

If I am stuck with the generic fields in the contact form, how at least am I able to ensure the form is getting to the correct admin? Where do i go to set the email address where the contact form is sent?

Separately, are you aware of any 3rd party extensions that would work with this section of the template allowing me to expand the fields without having to custom write my own plugin? I'm presuming some company has already done this in a way that would easily expand upon this view without having to redo the contact page in the gavick template.
