LOGOUT into Orders...

Hi. The link in the Footer Menu: http://www.festagratis.it/orders.html, showing the list of orders: index.php? Option = com_virtuemart & view = orders & layout = list (not showing the button LOGOUT in the same position always), also does not work, the button is inactive and will not let me on logout. It should appear as in this link of the shopping cart is displayed correctly and works, ie is active: http://www.festagratis.it/shop/cart.html. Any solution ?, thanks, greetings. René

Please add this code to override.css and make sure override is enabled in template settings.
