Height of Footer in Quark...

Hi. How could change the height of Footer, in mode to control the upper and lower space, this because it is very high and I steal a lot of space on the use that I give, that is not suited to that used content.

to replace the icons please simply put them using HTML in template's configuration in "copyright" area.
