Problem with the checkout button - no function

I use the Quarck ecommerce template for this page: http://www.natureproducts.info
On the cart page you can click to the button "Zur Kasse" only if the checkbox for the T&C's (German: "Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen") is unchecked. If you click on the button "Zur Kasse" the page refresh and tells you, that you have to check the checkbox for the T&C. Anything is right now. But if you check the checkbox for the T&C the button "Zur Kasse" is without any function. If you know refresh the page with F5 the button and the page title change perfectly into "Zahlungspflichtig bestellen" and you can send your order now. But no customer will find this solution to refresh the page.
Have you any solution for this problem?

Hi

Please try rename /html/com_virtuemart/cart/default.php to /html/com_virtuemart/cart/_default.php and let me know if this makes any difference.

I still do not know if this made a difference, so I'm not able to proceed with a solution.
