add to cart popup not showing

I still have issues with the ecommerce version of Quark.
the "add to cart" popup only shows when I select this under Virtuemart, but it is the Virtuemart Fancybox style combined with Quark instead of the facebox popup!?
Any suggestions?

In the VM configuration Fancybox (Recommended) if I select this option I get the VM popup, with Quark colors. If not selected I get no add to cart popup.

Ok, but this is a correct layout. There is no facebox implemented for this part. Facebox is used in NSP module and during elements like shipping selection or zooming images.

the layout is correct.
But the add to cart popup is not what is supposed to be! On the Quark site, see below.
My add to cart popup seems the VM add to cart popup with my CSS colors, but not the gkQuark add to cart popup.
Also it seems my newsletter popup does not seem work!

I got an answer. Unfortunately we cannot do much about it. One of latest VM updates has removed facebox from the site so the layout is different. What You can see right is already tweaked to not look as broken as it did.

Thanks for the answer and taking the trouble to check it.
However with a little bit of extra effort the popup could at least have better dimensions.. to make it look more like the Quark original.. but thanks any way for the support! Ben

Popup will resize if there will be more content. You can add some extra padding to it, but it will not look better at all I'm afraid. Try it anyway.

It's constructed on the go with the script, so there are not many options to customise it.

Just found something:

Is this the reason Joomla does not support FancyBox anymore?
If so, by paying the fee and downloading the module to the Quark admin, will this solve my problem? Or I have to make changes in the code also?

You do not need to buy FancyBox. Just use my additional styling described here: https://www.gavick.com/forums/quark/pop ... up#p259623

I believe using FaceBox should work already since I gave programmers the styling for this solution some time ago.

All of this code is a CSS, so You should copy it to template's /css/override.css file which is prepared for any CSS modifications/addons. You can use joomla template edit system to place this code there.
