How to show #gkHeaderNav 100px below

Dear Support,
In homepage #gkHeaderNav.gk-fixed-nav appears about 200px after a user scroll down.
Where can I edit this value?

It appears when screen passes the end of the header area. I'm afraid I've checked the code already and it's not as simple as changing a value. This would require recoding most of menu script and we do not support such big customisations.
