Quark ecommerce quickstart install not working?

Dear support,
yesterday i purchased the joomla template Quark and downloaded the joomla install files and quickstart files.. I want to use the quickstart quark ecommerce. i've downlaoded it and placed it on my hosting platform. I am used to work with your templates and install them but with transferring the files through ftp 2 files keep failing to upload.

See the image attached in this mail.

After trying several times i tried to run te joomla configuration install and everything seems to be working fine anyway. But after complete installatie and running the site it gives an error on what i think the problem is caused by these 2 files missing.

What to do next?

Please try using different ftp software. IF those files are in the package and somehow cannot be transferred to your hosting company's server it must be either ftp software or some strange issue on server itself.

Thanx for your reply. I already tried two different ftp programs (FileZilla and FlashFXP) but both came up with the same problem. I am using the same hosting provider for years now for al my joomla installations and have never come up with problems like this so i don't think there is something wrong overthere.

Other options left?

Have you checked if those files are there (on ftp server)?

Hi,
thank for your reply.I have let the hosting company put these two files through ftp on my site.I have completed the install and if i then run the website i get the template website with "AN 1146 ERROR OCCURED DURING YOUR REQUEST".

So it doesn't look like the demo quickstart as i intended it to be. How can i solve this?
The languages installed are only en-GB.

Instead of reinstall you can also add missing VM language (via VM configuration).
