Quark Default Template Configuration NOT WORKING

I downloaded Quark to replace my existing website and I instructed my ISP to do the installation

My ISP and Hosting company have been trying to upload and configure the Quark Default Template WITHOUT SUCCESS for the past week. They assure me that they have been using the Gavick instructions each time as is required accordingly, but to no avail, it is not working and is very frustrating and costly.

Can you please take a look at my ftp and all of the files, if I give you the details, in order that you may assist and help us to fix this problem, so that the template is installed correctly together with the demo content, as this domain is my Registered Trademark Information Website and at the moment, it is currently not functioning and just showing joomla

Sorry but this kind of services is only for vip accounts. If you can't use quickstart (its now a new site), then following this instructions:

should help you recreate the look of the site.

If not, I might help you in fixing small problems, but not entire site where I would need to check each and every setting of the template and modules.

Can you tell me please what if anything is missing? or whether or not they have been uploaded to the correct location

Your image is no use for anybody. Template has hundred of files and nobody will check them one by one. Please reupload entire template again and follow documentation, it's the only way.
