XLarge image in K2 settings is set to only 880px in width, while it should be at least 1600px to look as less blurry as possible when resized to screen width. Most common screen width is 1920px according to google.

I made reference pink template sizes 1400 x 840 that also fits with the image projected cut high. example header_bg.jpg

I put in all measures 1920 x 72 DPI 1920 x 300 DPI
1600 x 72 1600 x 300 hasta 880 x 72 x 300 DPI and anything that improves

You dont need to change the image quality. Just keep the high quality.

But read this:

Go to Global Config - Click on K2 on the left hand side and in there you will see where you can set the size for the header under category width. The default is 576 I believe. The smaller of course you can keep it, the faster your page will load.

If you the default to higher 1800+ it will show high quality. But keep the image.JPG resolution high!

You've missed the part of my post: "XLarge image in K2 settings is set to only 880px in width, while it should be at least 1600px"

Settings for images are in JOOMLA PANEL >> COMPONENTS >> K2 >> Preferences (button in right top corner) >> Images. There You will be able to set the dimentions for a different images sizes. 1600 for the one called XLarge should be fine.

Ok. Now with an access to Your site I can see than You've done all the changes I've asked for. The only thing left to do is to upload this images again so K2 will be able to prepare them in the sizes configured.

Just remember to use images which are at least 1800px width since this is the value You have set in all the image options.

PS: I will change the values for smaller presentations of images, so it will not take too much space on Your site.
