Sidebar tabs only working on contact page

Hi there,

I've checked everything I can think of but am not able to get the GK Tabs working on any page apart from the contact us page. Please view here:

Not working at all: http://www.phunkemedia.com/test/services & http://www.phunkemedia.com/test/about-us

It's the same module, allocated to these 3 pages.
Any assistance you can provide on this matter will be greatly appreciated. It's the final thing that needs fixing before launch.

Please enable include jQuery in module settings.
