Quark Default with Frontpage Video Background.

Is it possible to use the Quark default template but use the Frontpage Video Background thats in the restaurant version of Quark?

In theory yes. But much easier would be for you use Restaurant style for HomePage only and Default for all others. In template settings you will find switcher and Template Manager allows you make a template copy/clone.
