module on the blog

hi,
simple question... where is the form that appears on the blog?
I found all the other in header position, but the module on the blog I do not see... why?

In Quark you can use:
1) default Contact component (with form)
2) GK Contact plugin
or any other addcional contact form module, even made by Form Component
