update of the template

Please, sorry for the dtupid question. but: how can I update the template (quark restaurant).
If I click on the link with the update it sends me to gavick.com with template archive. What should I do with it?

It works same as with any other Joomla template - you can download current version and install it via extension manager, or unzip and upload via ftp.

I have an additional question to the topic of updating the Quark -restaurant tpl. When I look at the download list, there is no 'standard-file' only a quickstart. To update: do I use the quickstart (again), or do I use the generic 'gk_quark_J!3.zip File size: 1.18 Mb Joomla 3.x"?
