Where's <head> in this template

I need to install this code in <head> of the site, where can I find it?

Hi,
here: templates\gk_quark\layouts\default.php
but I suggest to use Phoca Site plugin instead.

If i put the code to this file - site stops worlking.
Is there any specific place where I shoid put the code?

Try using a plugin, as I suggest you.
Sorry but we cannot support custom code or this kind of customization.
You do it for your own risk. Like in "Russian Roulette".

but <head> ... </head> was in file which I gave last time
