[SOLVED] Quark Sub menu items are not working

We seem to be having a problem with the menu bar not showing for submenu items. The menu icon shows, but when one clicks on it it does not slide out.

Solution: In the Quark template manager > JavaScript files settings Tab > I enabled everything and the menu worked.
