Page Class Suffix doesn't seem to work

In Joomla, I make heavy use of page class suffixes to control page output - but page class suffix doesn't seem to be present in Quark. When I use the inspect element, the page class doesn't appear anywhere in the inspector window.

I'm still using a fairly early version of Quark, because my gk templates all blow up when I try to install updates. So if this was fixed in a later version, I will have missed it.
