Problem on Product site

Hi,

Currently on my website I created a custom field for a product and the arrow on the list is not displaying. I have tried even change the format to png instead of svg but it is still not displying. I thougth first it is a CSS issue and have put the code again in custom CSS on the back end.

Hi

Looks like this arrow image is simply missing form server or path is wrong. Please send me an access to joomla panel. I'll try to locate this file and correct path to it.
