Scrolling changes- Menu under white bar

Hello there,
I would like to keep a white bar on the top as it is shown in the picture. I changed the top element of #gkHeaderMod img and it seemed to work ok. But the I realised that when I scroll down and then up, the top elements it reconfigured.

how am I to stop this?
