Hi Oscar,
This is the url http://cmfpalencia2015.com/index.php/pruebas
Now I'have published the slide and tried to put it at full width with the documentation but I can't.
I don't want to change all the headers in the website, just this one in this page.
Thanks in advance for your help

So you can use custom CSS only on that page only.
There are two solutions for it:
1) Page suffix (check our documentation)
2) Custom CSS module published on this subpage only

I'm also wanting to do this and am unable to figure out what needs to be done. I want to take the Image Show GK4 and make that my header but what happens is that the image in the slide gets warped out of proportion and the text for the slide no longer appears. I have attached the screenshot of the issue.

The screen shot shows a generic image I downloaded to test, the 3 phones should be fully visible with white space above and below them, but when putting the module in the header position it stretches the image and crops it out. It seems like no matter what I change the slideshow settings to this doesn't change.

I played with embedding the module with {loadposition} into the original header HTML and it's better but then it is too small and the slider text still doesn't appear.

At this point I'm still 100% on the default template, what can I do to simply make the header a proper looking slide?

Without URL to your page I can only guess... what is wrong.

It is the default Quark style, default CSS, default everything, except I put the slider in the header position. I don't feel comfortable posting my full URL on a public forum but if you really need the URL to see the problem please let me know and I'll send it to you via PM.

ok, but Quark has 3 styles.
and on each there is a static Header image not a slider.

I can see that I'm apparently not being clear enough. There ARE three styles of Quark, Restaurant, Store and "DEFAULT". As I have been saying since the beginning is that I am using DEFAULT. I really just don't know how much clearer I can be on this, D-E-F-A-U-L-T. as in NOT the restaurant and NOT the store, but DEFAULT. Additionally I have NOT CHANGED ANYTHING OTHER THAN THIS MODULE POSITION, so the code, too, is default. Everything is default - as in downloaded straight to my site, unzipped, sent to MySQL with your sample data and I tried to put the GK Slider module in header and here I am.

And yes, I know there is a static image in the header, that is the POINT OF THIS QUESTION. I do not want a static image (which is actually static HTML module, not just a static image), I want to use the slider but the slider does not work there.

So, to reiterate again and hopefully finally, I am using the Quark template DESIGNED BY GAVICK, in the DEFAULT STYLE - designed by Gavick - wanting to replace the sample data (designed by Gavick) of the default style (designed by Gavick) so that the sample header (designed by Gavick) can be replaced by the slider module (written and designed by Gavick).

I have read the documentation on both the GAVICK WRITTEN QUARK TEMPLATE as well as the GAVICK WRITTEN MODULE and have been unable to determine what must be done, so I have asked on this forum for assistance in this matter.

Your templates are absolutely gorgeous, which is why I have used them for so many years and paid membership dues to do so, but the support here seems to not match the quality of the products produced.

Maybe because we are not here for building your sites, customization also not included,
but to fix issues or help in basic topics.

Please just use Firebug tool and check why image it cut and change/override that css - that's all.
Maybe slider module settings are a problem, not always is template fault.

I'm having the same problem here. Is it that Image Show GK4 will not work properly as a slider with text overlays in Quark?
Did you find a solution? Is there an alternative please which won't overload page with extra coding?
Thank you
