Administrator top menu gone. How to fix request

Hi

I use Quark.... actual site is fine... Administrator is not fine... Hathor and Isis not working properly. I downloaded the Quickstart. What happens is that the top menu in Administrator just has the icon on the top left but none of the menus like Components, Extensions etc that are at the top are visible...

I cannot reach Components as it is not in the vertical admin menu either.

I tried uploading admin files again... did not work!

Any ideas on the fix please

we didn't touch Joomla core files,
#1 please maybe install Joomla 3.4.3 update package from joomla.org it may help,

#2 Maybe you disabled top menu by mistake?

administrator/index.php?option=com_modules

Module Manager: Modules --> Filter: Administrator --> all modules must be enabled , maybe except: "Multilanguage statut"

The Modules Administrator fix worked... the menu was somehow turned off....Once I saw your pic on what to do it was easy... we never go to that part of Admin so it was a weird one...

In past, long time ago, I had client who disabled all admin modules because he was curious, then he log-out and next day he didn''t saw almost nothing ...and was complain that Joomla is bad CMS, because in WP you cannot disable those elements. That's why I knew how I could help
