Translation into Russian (any other lang) for mobiles

Certain things that come up on the mobile screen in English are in css and less https://yadi.sk/i/1Zs_GdOdiBcVM
Do I read it right that there's no way to have it bilingual, if I change it in css and less - it's never be English anymore, right?

Hi. There is one way. I did it in past.
There is a module called "Custom CSS"
where you can add/override those CSS strings , then assign that module to selected pages where you have 2nd language.

It worked for me ~2 years ago, we had similar problem with other template.
