Error in player display control bar - HTML5

I use component - All Video Share which support flash and HTML5 and showcase local videos.
Video is added to an article, display correctly in desktop computer - by flash.

On the tablet and smartphone with iPhone or Android 5.02 - browser display correctly - by HTML5.

On the tablet and smartphone with Android 4.1.2 and 4.2.2 and base browser - INTERNET - display wrong.
In CHROME browser - display OK.

After switched to other template - Beez5, or protostar - player display correctly in all browsers.

In the Quark template it looks like older version of the Android is showing error of beam control in default web browser.
In the Beez or Protostar template the beam control is showing correct. All of this is in HTML5 player.

I would be greatly happy if you can solve this problem.

I'm afraid I'm not able to reproduce the problem. I'm checking on different devices and the bar is different every time. I guess each browser has it's own implementation for html5 videos. What device should I check exactly ?

Problem are in QUARK template and the device:
Tablet Samsung Note 10.1 - Android 4.1.2 - browser - INTERNET
Smartphone HTC One M7 - Android 4.2.2 - browser - INTERNET

But the Beez and Protostar template showing correct.

I'm really sorry, but I do not have a device with Android version older than 4.3 and I've checked it there and video works ok. So I'm guessing it was a system issue which was corrected in newer versions hopefully.
