Hello,

I've a problem.
When a user is logged and try to 'Edit profile', in this template (Quark), it opens a blank page.
I installed the quickstart, again, and it keeps not working.
Can you help me, please?!

Could you please provide me with a URL to your website and back-end access via PM (click the “Private Message” text underneath my avatar) so that I may analyze it? It is a lot easier for us to diagnose issues when we have a live site to examine.

Hi

Please extend my access privileges. I need an access to change error showing level in global configuration in joomla for serve to see an error and be able to tell what can be the problem. Right now I cannot do this.

Hi

Apparently showing errors is disabled on server so I still have no look into the errors on this page. Please rename /html/com_user to /html/_com_user. This should help with this problem. If not than I need You to enable showing errors in server settings.

Hi

Ok. Great to hear that, but please take a look if layout of this page has not broke. This should be just a test, should check if forcing default joomla files will work. Please let me know.

Hi! I have the same problem in quark! I dont understand the solution: Please rename /html/com_user to /html/_com_user. Where do I have to rename that line?

Thanks in advance!

Hi

It's not a line, but a folder. A full path to this folder would be /templates/gk_quark/html/com_user.

You need to do this via some file manager, cannot be done from within joomla.
