Menu color

Just wondering how do we make the menu icon change colors from white to black as you scroll down?

1) but where, in menu, better show url, I'm not a wizard ?
2) in which quark quickstart (default/e-commerce/ restaurant) ?

What Im asking is the menu Icon in the top right corner, when I get down to the background where its a dark image it should be white

Sorry for delay. Before I will answer to your question, may I ask.... why you didn't use classic menu style, most people even wouldn't see [=]
there is a option to switch in template settings.

About BG color, please use:
#aside-menu {background:#F0F2F3;}
#aside-menu li a.active {color:#F35D06;}

for example in Custom CSS field also in template settings.
