Section Navigation from MUSIC STATE

Is it possible to copy the navigation section of the state music template for QUARK? I like smooth scrolling to the next section.
I would like the button below each article exactly as it is MUSIC STATE.

Sorry but our technical support doesn't cover porting functionalities from one template to another.

If doing it on your own you would have something but some small parts would be missing, please let me know.
