Gallery - How to Disable Downloads

Hi, Just wondering how to disable downloading in gallery.

Put this in in CSS override and it should work:

One more question. Any way to use that link or to create another to have people add to a shopping cart?

Or in other words can we use the gallery as if it was a shopping cart.
