Quark - PayPal Problem

When returning from PayPal I need to display a disclaimer page and then return to the original page when the user click "OK". I have a landing page setup but I can't get the close window button to work. Ideally I would like to return to a popup but have had many problems with that.

Any recommendations, solutions, etc. would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Well, it depends on what is actually happening. Is paypal paying module opening in new tab/window? Right now your landing page closes tab/window in which it is opened.
