Menu Color when mouse over in header position

Hi,
I would like all the menu items to change to yellow (#eba034) when in header position.
It works in the home page when in header position and with fixed menu when scrolling down on all pages.
But in all pages that are not the home page when in header position menu items become grey not yellow on mouse over.
Where can I change this? Can you set a different menu color (mouse over) for every page?
