I have set up the frontpage header image exactly as in the quickstart of Quark. However, the image is not covering the complete screen, a white stripe is remaining below. I even took an image of same size like in the demo - no success.

Please see screenshot. How can I solve this?

Actually it takes same height as on our demo server. The only difference is with template configurable image height.

Thanks!

I have changed now "Featured image height (desktop)" from 640 to 800. So far it´s now full screen = as intended.

However, still not understanding, why the header image works full screen on your demo page and also on my quickstart installation without changing the desktop height in the template setting?

I have had exactly the same settings for the module and the template in my installation as in the quickstart installation. Why is it different?

Its just a simple fortune that it looks "fullscreen" on your laptop/desktop. I'll show you how it looks on mine:

Yes - that´s what I also find out finally. Would have preferred to have it fulls screen, but for the moment - fine for me!
Thanks for checking!
