block a module to scroll

hi,
I have a question, it's possible to block banners module on scroll for use infinitescroll.

I explain :
when you scroll, banner stops at the menu level, the banner remains fixed on the screen.

i have one other question :
it is possible to have a different view for each article on K2?

example :

K2 allows you to use different view for each K2 category, but for each post I'm not so sure.
Of course using CSS you can make some changes , but I guess you thought about html/php modifications.
